Open to male or female candidates. This role is to provide first-class support to ensure the smooth running of the Principal’s diary and scheduling, and to provide support across all areas of her personal life. You will be proactive, able to pre-empt needs, whilst working collaboratively with the rest of the team including the House Manager, Assistant House Manager, and overseas EAs. Friendly, cheerful, calm and approachable personality, able to adapt to last minute changes. Absolute discretion is of the highest importance along with the ability to act as an ambassador for the Principal.
- Extensive diary management and booking of all personal appointments.
- Research and arrange global personal/business, hotels, transfers, itineraries etc., managing any short notice changes.
- Ensure all personal documents are up to date.
- Liaise with overseas family office/accountant ensuring invoices and payment are correctly managed.
- Personal shopping, oversee gifting calendar.
- Work closely with the overseas EA to ensure personal diary aligns with business commitments and ensure Principal is prepared for business meetings with relevant materials/documents etc.
- Cover for EA if changes are needed for scheduled meetings if EA isn’t available due to differing time zones.
- Help organize events, both personal and business
- Travel with Principal to events, UK and overseas
- Research, source and purchase items. Personal shopping and errands
- Liaise with the wider team to ensure the smooth and transparent running of the household.
Candidates should live within Greater London. Excellent checkable references essential and a full background screening will be conducted on the successful candidate.

- Salary £65K – £75K DOE
- 5 day week
- On call every 3rd Saturday (on rota with overseas EAs). Missed days off (worked rota Saturday or during travel) banked and taken as time in lieu.
