UHNW Female Principal, Chair & President of their family foundation & family office. Work from home with occasional requirement to go in when Principal is in the UK at her central London residence.
Exciting role to be the Principal’s right hand, working closely with and providing support in her work within the family foundation in the development and implementation of impactful initiatives, as well as her work as a thought leader and educator.
Although a fast-paced business role, it is not a structured corporate type role. The ideal candidate will have the adaptability, versatility, flexibility and enjoyment of diversity usually sought for Private PA roles. Those with a background in private or family offices, Chairman’s offices, foundations or NGOs could be a good fit.
You must be pro-active, a self-starter, highly organised with exceptional written/verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate and build relationships with the Principal’s wide ranging global network. Outstanding administration skills to provide senior level support on a wide variety of complex, sensitive and confidential matters. You will coordinate and prioritize her busy schedule and numerous commitments. Impeccable time management, resourceful, strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
You must be comfortable working remotely with some out of hours requirements and across different time zones due to her extensive travels. There will be an occasional travel requirement depending on the purpose of the trip.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a complex calendar and daily schedule to ensure clarity and strong coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, engagements. Support in preparation with agencies, key documents and information.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system to facilitate prioritization, ensure follow-up of key activities, projects and email correspondence on Principal’s behalf
- Compose correspondence and other written materials tailored appropriately for her extensive, diverse global network, which includes high-profile individuals, NGOs, team members, and students
- Manage extremely busy travel schedule, providing necessary confirmations and proactive communication
- Track all expenses and manage supporting documentation to ensure accurate accounting records and timely reconciliation
- Work collaboratively with team members and peers, including Foundation and family office employees
- Design, develop and maintain a physical and electronic filing system to capture and categorize information and documents
- Assist with special projects and events as needed – research, planning, preparation for speaking and other engagements
- Strong project management capabilities
- Apply a creative and innovative thought process to all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years EA experience supporting a high-level executive
- Superior organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English oral and written. Fluency in French a plus, but not essential
- Tech savvy, high level of proficiency with MS Office, Zoom/teams, mail merges, databases, etc.

- Salary £80 – £95K DOE.
- General office hours Mon to Fri, with flexibility per Principal’s location
This Principal is a returning client whom we have been successfully working with for a few years, There is a small team at the London residence including a Private PA (all placed by us) and larger teams at the Foundation and Family Office overseas.
