Female Lead Butler with an UHNW residence, yacht or 5* hotel background. You must be experienced, polished, well-presented and able to work within a small permanent team, and to manage and train the temporary butler team (6-8 people) hired for each family visit.
Overview - during visits (approx 4-5 months of the year) you will assist the House Manager, greet guests, specialise in F&B service to family and guests, lead and supervise the temp. Butler team. During non-visit periods, your role will be that of an all-rounder, assisting the House Manager, overseeing contractors, inventories, some assistance to the Housekeepers, whatever is needed on a daily basis. Potentially be willing to travel to Paris when the Principal stays at her residence there.
General duties/responsibilities include -
- Responsible for and organise the day to day Butler function at the property
- Develop the temp. Butler team training programme with guidance from the House Manager
- Train and lead the temp. Butler team, ensure they are ready and equipped to deliver expectional service
- In collaboration with the HM, organise Butler rotas, aligning with other household departments
- Provide informal and formal service to family and guests using the preferred technique
- Liaise with the Head Chef
- Responsible for organisation and cleanliness of the Butler pantries
- Care of silverware, serveware, fine porcelain and crystal. Ensure use of correct products and cleaning techniques
- Maintain full pantry stock levels. Ensure ample lead time for orders, liaise with HM as required
- Maintain and update serviceware inventories and conduct regular inventory checks. Report any damaged or missing items
- Greet and welcome family, guests and visitors
- Assist with wardrobe management and organisation per client requirements and preferences; pack/unpack for travel
- Work with the HM to develop and maintain the house manual with focus on family preferences and service delivery
- Work with the HM and Head Chef to develop, maintain and keep updated family preferences records
- Responsible for purchasing preferred toiletries, products and supplies
- Monitor for maintenance and repair issues and immediately report to HM
- Respond to and deal with family requests, ensure requests are completed in a timely, efficient manner
- General assistance to the HM and you will be first point of contact in the HM's absence.

This role went on hold, but is active again now. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper, top standards, with informal and formal F&B service skills. There is a preference for candidates from a yacht or high-end chalet background. You will be joining a great team at this 5 bed residence in St George’s Hill.
3 Housekeepers in the M-F team all performing housekeeping duties and each with their own speciality area. The role we are seeking to fill is the HK/F&B Service. In addition to housekeeping your additional area will be table set up and daily meal service. Day to day it’s family style service – set up and lay table for meals, place dishes on table, attend to any needs during meals. When the Principal holds business meetings at the residence, the service switches to formal. You will greet guests, set up and decorate the table, and provide silver service.
This HK/Service role will work the middle shift Mon – Fri from 9am to 6 pm. The other 2 HKs (Head and Laundry/Wardrobe) rotate on early and late shifts which cover 7.45 am to 8 pm each day.
Other staff include a fantastic House Manager whom I’ve placed before, a weekend HK working Fri, Sat Sun, weekday and weekend Chefs, Chauffeur, Gardener, PA and a Chief of Staff/EA. The family have a large, friendly dog, so you need to be comfortable around large dogs.
Getting there – driving is easier, but if using public transport or commuting from London, it’s a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station to the property, 10 minutes cycling or 20 minutes walking.
Salary is £60K. Overtime requirement is rare but is paid time and a half weekdays and double time at weekends.

Lovely family (returning client) are seeking a Housekeeper to join their small team at a property in Penn, Bucks.
This is a large, new build residence with an excellent, supportive, hands-on House Manager (placed by us). Your role will encompass all housekeeping and laundry, working alongside another Housekeeper. The House Manager cooks dinner for this professional family (generally 2, sometimes 3 adults) 3 days per week and you will cook dinner Wednesdays and Fridays. The family enjoy normal family dinners - nothing fancy just regular meals/dishes.
Due to the size of the residence the role is best suited to fit, energetic and strong candidates. Previous experience in residences or hotels of at least 2 years, though full training to 5* standards can be given for those with a desire to upskill.

Role is ideally suited to those with a yacht, private VIP aircraft or VIP concierge type background. The role is a mix of F&B service, Butler and concierge type duties, and daily lifestyle management. You will oversee, guide, support and work alongside the 2 person team already in place, travelling internationally to various residences, and ensuring 5* service and consistency at all properties. This Lead role is a newly created job.
It is essential you are passionate about providing the highest level of bespoke service possible, improving and innovating and preempting any issues. You will liaise with the Estate Manager and the House Managers, provide F&B service, be responsible for inventory management, pack and unpack and undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the Estate Manager. You must have strong attention to detail, be utterly discreet, flexible, enjoy travel and have a positive, 'can do', warm, kind and friendly personality. This is a good family to work for and we have placed at their London residence before.
Job is 2 weeks on standby/working as needed, and then 2 weeks off. During standby weeks, over a year it is anticipated you could be called in about half the time. During December, June, July and August which are busy travel months for the family, the schedule changes and the whole team will work 6 days per week on 2 daily shifts of 7am - 5 pm and 11 am - 9pm.
Candidate must be based in London, happy to travel and UK legal.

The family are in p/t residence – 3 weeks in December, 6 weeks in the summer and potentially 1 or 2 other short visits of one week. You must be very fit, strong and energetic as this is a 6 floor, along with a mews house. There is a lift, but it is family only during visits.

A fantastic opportunity for a top level, experienced Pilates reformer instructor for our new VVIP client in Doha. This is a permanent role with a full time, tax free salary, plus expat package. Female candidates only for cultural reasons.
You will be working with the female Principal providing tailored,bespoke sessions to met her needs, goals and requirements. There may be occassional sessions with her daughter too. A female personal trainer is already employed and you will liaise with her to develop complimentary routines. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment.
The Principal is looking a top level instructor and is open and negotiable for daily on call hours and 5 or 6 days per week for the right candidate. As an example, on call hours could be 7 am to 5 pm, 6 days per week, so you have your evenings free. The residence is fully staffed. The role is based in Doha and there will be travel to the UK.

Super family looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny. Role will be an approximately 60/40 or 50/50 split between housekeeping and nanny duties. 2 girls 11 yrs and 2 yrs old. Working parents, though Mum works part-time. Current home is in Lenham Heath, but the family are moving to new large property in Stockbury (about 20 mins away) around June/July next year. Own room in current property, and at the new property your accommodation will be a self-contained annexe.
The family are seeking candidates who have good experience over a number of years. Duties include all housekeeping, laundry, ironing and childcare when Mum is working or busy. Both parents are hands on with childcare when home. The 2 yr old is currently at nursery 2 days per week and the older one at school. Some cooking as needed for the children. Good manners and behaviour in the children are important to the parents. Swimmer preferred. The family have a large friendly dog.
The new property is located in the countryside, so you must be happy in the country, and has 5 beds and 6 baths. Outside help will be brought in for deep cleaning as needed. Driver preferred to help with school runs and errands, though if the right fit candidate doesn’t drive things can be worked out. Car available for both on and off duty. The train station is a 10 minute drive from the property and about a 1 hour 10 minute journey into Victoria.
