Female for cultural reasons. Seeking an additional permament Housekeeper to join the small team at this residence in Belgravia.  You will be work as part of a housekeeping team of 3. Other staff are employed.  Formal residence. The Housekeepers work on a shift system  generally 7.30am-3.30 pm or 12-8pm with either Thurs/Fri off or Sat/Sun off - on alternate weekly rotation. Weekend days are generally 9-5 pm. When there is a full house (about 4 months of the year total), there will be 3 daily shifts - early, afternoon and late -  and everyone works 6 days per week, with the extra day banked and taken as time in lieu.  Extra temporary staff are employed and a taxi home provided when on late shift.  When the residence is empty it's M-F normal daily hours.

Lots of good changes are happening at this large residence, but in the meantime we are again looking for a good number of temporary female staff (cultural reasons) for an upcoming Family visit to the property.  The Temps will start 24 September to allow a week for familiarisation before the family arrive early October.  the contract will run until somewhere between 15-20 October. 6 day week on early/late shifts.  Early shifts start at 8 am and late shifts finish around 10 pm with a taxi home provided for safety. Staff meals and snacks on duty catered for by a Staff Chef. Hourly rates £25-£30 DOE.

UHNW family of 5 are looking for a full-time Housekeeper with prior experience in high-end residences; able to raise the current housekeeping standards to a high level and work with attention to detail. There is a part-time Housekeeper who works mornings. The Principals are highly successful professionals who work outside the home and have 3 teenage children.   Duties include

• All housekeeping, laundry and ironing to high standards
• Wardrobe management for all family members
• Sweep and tidy front and back patios
• Clean and care for high end fixtures and fittings including marble, brass and fine furniture
• Purchase and maintain household flowers and indoor/outdoor plants
• Weekly online shop, local shopping/daily top ups
• Maintain stocks of household items
• Answer door and phone, take messages, manage deliveries
• Check for any needed repairs and maintenance
• Oversee contractors and trades, liaising with office PA and family
• Cook healthy normal family meals - mainly dinner for the children, no allergy or special diets
• 1-2 times per year there may be a requirement to travel with family to their Somerset home for a few days if they are entertaining

In addition to the Head Housekeeper recuitment, this family are also seeking a Housekeeper for this part-time residence of an international family. This is a good role for an expereinced Housekeeper who works to high standards. Good previous high-end housekeeping experience e.g. residences, 5* hotels, yachts.  All housekeeping, laundry, ironing, pack/unpack etc. Ability to work well within a small motivated household team in order to keep the residence well-maintained and presented.

Senior Housekeeper required for VVIP familty in part time residence.   Great job for an experienced UHNW residence Housekeeper to run all the back of house functions including staff recruitment, training, supervision, rotas etc.  This is also a hands-on role where you will be cleaning alongside your small team of Housekepers, particularly when the family are not in residence.   We are looking for those who will enjoy implementing and maintaining top standards of housekeeping and presentation etc, ensuring these standards are maintained at all times, as one or more of the family members could arrive at short notice occasionally. Also laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, organisation, pack/unpack. Good knowledge of caring for fine interiors including fittings, fixtures, artworks, etc. Your experience and skills will ensure an efficient, smooth functioning household, supported by a happy, motivated team.

• Mon - Fri 4o hr week when family not in residence.  6 day week when family in residence.

We've been asked to staff up a VVIP property in Doha, Qatar.  This is a large formal property with a full household team, both local and expat.  We are looking for experienced candidates who are skilled, flexible and enthusiastic.  Good English Speakers and team players. Some travel involved in all the roles, so UK/EU passport holders preferred for ease of travel.   Male or Female Head Chef and Sous Chef Minimum 3-5 yrs top end restaurant/hotel experience with a good variety of international cuisines. Fully staffed kitchen. Daily meals for family, guests and entertaining.   Female Butlers Female for cultural reasons.  Must have strong previous Butler experience or would suit those off the yachts. All daily F&B service to family and children, guests and for entertaining. Meet and greet guests and visitors and other Butler duties.   Female Housekeepers Female for cultural reasons. Good previous residence, yacht or 5* hotel experience. Housekeeping, organising, laundry, ironing and wardrobe management.  Pack and unpack for travel.

Extremely nice, very low-key family (returning client) with 2 young children, in part-time residence. Must be child and dog friendly.   The residence is a modern property, 6.5K sq ft over 6 floors and there is a lift.  Modern interior and all bedrooms are en-suite.   When the family are in residence you will be supported by a cleaning company who will come in 2-3 times per week to deep clean.  It is essential you are self-motivated and proactive to keep the residence well-maintained when the family are away, as well as being comfortable working mainly solo during their absence.   The family visit the UK 3 or 4 times per year and could be here for up to 2+ months at a time.  During school term time when in the UK, they will be in London during the week and spend weekends at their country home outside of London.    Other household staff include a Chef, Nanny and a Housekeeper placed by us 5 years ago. The Nanny has also been there for 5 years, so very good staff longevity. The Chef and Nanny move between properties with the family and the other Housekeeper works at the country property, but will attend the London property occasionally. This is a first time permanent Housekeeper hire for their London residence.   Informal property and family. It is a very low key environment, so essential to master the art of knowing when to be visible and when to melt away. Family have 2-3 small dogs.   Interviewing now - ideally before mid July, and to start any time up to mid-August at the latest to ensure the new Housekeeper is settled in and familiar with the property before the family return in September.

  Returning client looking for 2 dynamic, energetic UHNW residence Housekeepers to join the team at a large modern residence within a country estate.  We are looking for candidates at London standard, experienced, adaptable and focussed to join the current team of 2 Housekeepers and a Head Housekeeper.   The residence is large, 6 bedrooms, pool, offices over 3 floors plus a basement. Minimalistic interior with marble floors in places and fine fabrics, finishes, fittings and art works.  This is a busy family and fast paced residence and all areas need to be maintained to a high level at all times. Lots of stairs so need to be fit.  The Principals regularly work from the offices on the lower level and there can be business meetings, guests and visitors.  Also on site are a PA/EA team and Family Assistant.   The location is rural, so if daily you will need to be a driver and car owner.  If live-in, there are apartments on site, separate from the residence - a 1 bed and also a 2 bed. One weekend per month rota or once fully staffed on HK side, once every 5 weeks. You will take Thursday and Friday off on your weekend working week.
